Designed for intermediate to advanced stitchers, this design lets you dive into the intricate, detailed world of French embroidery with one of 's best designs.

"French embroidery," in general, refers to a variety of embroidery techniques that originated in France — which are usually known to produce beautifully detailed and elegant results. You'll experience a lot of these techniques in this project.

Each kit includes:

• 1x DMC no. 25 embroidery thread 
• Pre-printed pattern
• Adhesive interfacing
• Embroidery needle 
• Detailed instructions in Japanese*, although there are good, colored diagrams

The frame is not included.

Makabe is a renowned Japanese embroidery artist known for her detailed and intricate nature-inspired designs. The Olympus patterns are some of her more challenging projects, making it perfect for those ready to take their embroidery skills to the next level. Of creating this seasonal series, she said,
